  • Fish Taco (4 ounces of sliced cod 2 tortillas, tomato, lettuce, 2 ounces of shredded cheese)

Meal 3- PM Snack

  • One ounce of almonds and one cup baby carrots

Meal 4- Dinner

  • 4 ounces of ground turkey, 1 cup spaghetti squash with 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce,1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 ounces of buffalo burger, 1 cup sweet potatoes, side salad with 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette
  • 4 ounces of salmon, 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups roasted cauliflower puree with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 ounces of chicken,  2 cups of steamed broccoli, 1 cup of black beans, and 2 ounces of feta cheese

Love for Coffee

Jonas prefers to have coffee. Since his health condition doesn’t allow him to consume dairy products, he substitutes regular coffee with black coffee.
