My trainer wanted me to eat a meal, a full meal, so at like 11, 11:30 p.m., I would eat a full meal and go to bed.’’

He follows a low-carb diet for five days and on Sunday and Saturday, he binges on his favorite foods. So basically, Sundays and Saturdays are his cheat days! He believes in eating foods that help him perform better, but does not sabotage his cravings.
