To prepare for the film she started high intensity training program.

Gal Gadot says training for Wonder Woman reminded her about her Israeli army training. She served two years on Israeli army as a combat trainer. She was so proud of the service that she gave to her country. She won the Miss Israel title in 2004. Now look at her body, she had notable biceps. You don’t need any equipment to give your biceps the superhero look. To achieve the goal she worked out 6 hrs a day for 6 months, two hrs for gym training, two hrs for fight choreography, and two hours horseback riding.

Gadot is a foodie, she love to experience food, but at the same time Gadot look at food as fuel. She told Bazaar “I have my bad things that I eat like burgers or ice cream with chocolate. I don’t restrict myself, I can eat everything. It’s all a matter of measurements and quantity of the food; just enjoy your food and don’t eat while you drive and don’t eat when you talk on the phone.
