Healthy eating has always been a part of life for Andrei Deiu ever since he started bodybuilding in his early teen days. 

Given below is the diet chart followed by Andrei Deiu

Andrei Deiu’s Meal Plan


2 Whole Eggs and 6 Egg Whites, 1 Cup of Oats, 2 ounces of Berries, 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter

Meal 2

7 ounces of Chicken Breast, 5 ounces of white Rice, Broccoli (1 cup)

Meal 3

Fish or Chicken (5 ounces), 7 ounces of sweet potato

Post-workout nutrition

2 scoops of Whey isolate, 1.5 ounces of Dextrose

Meal 4

7 Ounces of Chicken, 5 Ounces of sweet potato, 1 cup of mixed vegetables

Meal 5

5 Ounces of Steak, 1 Cup of Green Beans

Meal 6

1 cup Cottage Cheese or Yogurt, a handful of Almonds

Cheat Meals Now and Then

Andrei Deiu has revealed that he often eats cheat meals; mostly once or twice a week. Also, when asked what he will do right after a major competition, he replied he would eat whatever junk food he gets his hands on. 

That being said, we would never suggest you go for occasional cheat meals. Andrei follows a strict diet usually, and cheat meals come rarely. Also, he works really hard to burn off extra calories.
