Most of the wellness sites publish articles using their personal opinions. And they design workout programs based on just personal assumptions. — that’s risky when it comes to your health.
We only publish research-backed articles. From finding what you need to combining it all together into a coherent narrative, there’s a lot of work that goes into each article.
