Our Story

DrWorkout.fitness was founded in June 2017.  We picked “Dr Workout” as a pen name to publish articles. Choosing a pen name like this also requires huge responsibility.


We’re different from other fitness sites. Most of the wellness sites publish articles using their personal opinions. And they design workout programs based on just personal assumptions. — that’s risky when it comes to your health.


We only publish research-backed articles. From finding what you need to combining it all together into a coherent narrative, there’s a lot of work that goes into each article. Going through research papers and science journals doesn’t just help us create content. It’s also a process for pulling out potential information.


We are a group of fitness industry experts dedicated to publishing authoritative proven workout plans, guides and instructions on DrWorkout.fitness. We provide evidence based guidelines for training to maximize strength,muscle hypertrophy and stamina.

Adam Kemp is a professional basketball player who is in his 5th year of playing basketball professionally in Europe. He has played in Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, and Poland. In 2015, Adam was selected to play for the Detroit Pistons in the NBA Summer League. Adam graduated from Marist College in 2014 with a degree in Sports Communications.
