WHO ARE WE?

DrWorkout.fitness was founded in June 2017.  Dr. Workout is our pen name. Choosing a pen name like this also requires huge responsibility. We’re different from other fitness sites. Most of the wellness sites publish articles using their personal opinions. And they design workout programs based on just personal assumptions. — that’s risky when it comes to your health.

 

We only publish research-backed articles. From finding what you need to combining it all together into a coherent narrative, there’s a lot of work that goes into each article. Going through research papers and science journals doesn’t just help us create content. It’s also a process for pulling out potential information.

 

Basically We are a group of fitness industry experts dedicated to publishing authoritative proven workout plans, diet guides and fitness instructions. We provide evidence based guidelines for training to maximize strength, muscle hypertrophy and stamina.
